What condition are your designer handbags?
Unless otherwise noted on the listing our handbags are typically in excellent pre-owned condition. Our selection process is very meticulous and we only offer items that are in excellent condition. Most designer handbags will have little to no wear and may include original paperwork. Please visit our shop page to browse our current collection.
Are the pictures on Luxury Parc the actual bag I will receive?
Yes. We do not use stock images for our product. Each designer handbag is imaged and we provide high resolution images for you to inspect the condition.
Do you offer financing?

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will vary from state to state and county to county.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted if notified within 48 hours of receiving item and our customer service representative will provide you with an RMA. Please note returns will not be accepted if security tag has been tampered or removed.
What is a security tag?
All our designer handbags include a unique security tag that can be removed with scissors. We will not accept returns if the security tags has been removed.
Do you charge a re-stocking fee?
A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged on all approved returns.
Are returns free?
Luxury Parc will provide a pre-paid shipping label, fee will be removed from refund balance.
